Erm, so Lauren’s ex made his own Love Is Blind headshot and it’s all really bizarre

After Lauren O’Brien and David Bettenburg bickered over the her previous love interest who just so happens to move in the same circles, internet sleuths tracked down the man in question to find he’s made his own Love Is Blind headshot.

In the recently released Love Is Blind episodes, Lauren shed light on a fling she had with another Minneapolis local. It was never that serious, was all about having fun, and the term “friends with benefits” was used. But that wasn’t good enough for glaring red flag Dave.

Dave knew the man in question through mutual friends and he even lived in the same apartment building the Love Is Blind cast are put up in during filming. Instagram detectives have now found the man, not that it was particularly hard because he’s reportedly been posting about the show the entire time.

After learning about Lauren’s friends-with-benefits situation people began combing through Instagram to find the third person in Love Is Blind’s latest love triangle. According to sleuths on Reddit, that man is noneother than Daniel Nides.

“Someone on this sub mentioned his Instagram where he’s been posting about this a lot apparently. The handle is @gymtanlaw. His name is Daniel Nides according to his insta. (He’s been pretty open and public about being the same guy),” someone wrote.

Though Daniel has since made his Instagram private, before doing so, people screenshotted the Love Is Blind headshot he seemingly created for himself. Why? No idea, but if you ask me it’s kinda strange to insert yourself into a TV show based on your friends-with-benefits situation with a member of the cast.

“You can find me eight floors up in the same ‘frigging’ building,” he captioned the post, referencing Dave and Lauren’s explosive argument.

By the looks of his Instagram, Daniel – who is a member of the cross-fit group Team Dandies – is a fan of physical fitness and currently holds the USA title for 67.5 kg lifts. He’s also associated with the sports brand Dude Strap but it’s not immediately clear whether it’s his business or he simply models for them.

Though some have said Lauren needs to increase her standards, after all, she’s undeniably stunning, I can kinda see why Dave would be insecure – Daniel is hench!!
