As she explained on the show, Molly was a dancer all the way back to her college years. Her dancing days are behind her now, but she was briefly a teacher for a hip-hop class at KLASS, an adult dance class. She’s really done it all!
Molly danced for the Minnesota Wolves, and looked fab in her glitzy blue and green uniform.

On Love Is Blind, Molly’s career was written as an executive assistant. According to her LinkedIn, she began her career at Coulee Bank as a teller in 2018 and later became a manager at a new branch in Minnesota that she helped open. In 2023 she became an executive assistant for the company’s senior leaders.
