Alex had other connections cut from Love Is Blind, and who it is makes his drama even messier

Alex has revealed he made a bunch of other connections in the Love Is Blind season eight pods, which ended up being cut out of the show. One girl he was dating in particular makes the whole drama he had on the show even messier.

The first part of the latest series focused a lot on Alex dating Madison. But, at the end, the pair didn’t get engaged. This was largely because Madison was also dating Mason, and despite ending things, it still got in the way of her connection with Alex. To add to all this, Mason was also in a triangle, dating Meg. They too ended up not getting engaged.

Alex has since explained his choice to not propose to Madison, and why their relationship didn’t feel right. But to add another messy layer to all this drama, it turns out Alex was dating Meg, too!!! So let’s get this straight. Alex dated Madison, who dated Mason, who dated Meg, who also dated Alex. Is that a complete love square? A love hexagon? I’ve lost track.

Alex told E! News all about his secret connection with Meg. “We had such amazing, lively conversations, and it was so fun,” he said. “Meg definitely taught me a lot about just relaxing and having fun—she’s such a chill, fun person.”

He also revealed he had great dates with Monica – who got engaged to Joey. “That really taught me a lot about just kind of being authentic and just having fun with it,” he added. “It doesn’t have to be so serious and so deep all the time.”

Alex also said: “There is so much that is not shown on camera. I dated all of these amazing women, and we had such phenomenal conversations, and they show, like, literally 0.01 per cent of it.”
