Revealed: This is exactly who smokes and who vapes in the Love Island All Stars villa
Marcel has said a lot of the Islanders relied on vaping as ‘a detox from the madness’
Exactly who smokes and vapes in the Love Island All Stars villa this year has been revealed. Since smoking and vaping on camera in the villa was banned years ago, we’re always left wondering who’s popping off for a sneaky one whilst we can’t see.
It turns out, a very large amount of the All Stars Islanders this year have been vaping behind the scenes. I mean, there have been some stressful episodes, are we that surprised?!
Speaking in an interview since being dumped, Liv Hawkins and Marcel Somerville shared exactly who those Islanders are. They also gave an insight into the smoking and vaping situation in the villa this series.
So, who smokes or vapes in the Love Island All Stars 2025 villa?
Speaking with KissFresh alongside Marcel, Liv firstly clarified she was one of the only Islanders who *didn’t* vape, but Marcel very much *did*.
“I think everyone vapes,” she said. “Pretty much everyone, apart from Ekin-Su.” Marcel added: “To be fair, everyone, apart from Olivia, had a vape.”
Liv then added a bit more about how vaping works in the villa. “With the vaping, if you don’t declare it beforehand you will not be allowed a vape,” she said. “So even if you’re feeling a bit stressed you can’t say, ‘can I have a vape?’. Because it will seem like you’ve taken up vaping from the show.”
Marcel then added: “Which a lot of people probably would…I feel like everyone said they vaped just so they could have five minutes out of the villa, just to have a little detox. And a little break from everything, then head back into the madness.”

There are quite a lot of rules surrounding smoking and vaping in the Love Island villa. As Liv said, it has to be disclosed beforehand with producers, or Islanders won’t be allowed cigarettes or vapes. Islanders are then allocated either a vape, or up to 10 cigs a day to smoke.
There’s then a designated smoking area , usually outside the front of the villa. This is off-camera, and the Islanders have to go one at a time. This is to stop any juicy convos taking place whilst the cameras are off.
