The Traitors is a show about secrets and lies, so it’s no surprise that 2025 and season three have brought a full batch of conspiracies that need getting thoroughly debunked. You can’t really blame the rabid fans of The Traitors for buying into all these conspiracies. In the last season especially, the big twist reveal that Diane and Ross were mother and son was probably the most jaw dropping reality TV moment of the year. Here’s all the daftest conspiracies from The Traitors 2025 fully debunked.

The theory Charlotte and Alexander are married!?

I’d never heard of this one before today and before I fully realised that it’s obviously nonsense, I lowkey found myself believing. If you haven’t heard it, this conspiracy theory basically says that Charlotte and Alexander are a married couple. The signs being that they’re both living in London and sound quite posh – when she isn’t doing a Welsh accent for whatever reason.

Anyway, they’re absolutely not married – but according to the Mail Online Charlotte is married to ANOTHER Alexander. They’ve been married for two years and have a labrador called Bobby. Gorgeous.

The entire late Faithful to breakfast fiasco

One “flaw” of The Traitors that really took flight this year was the chat about how the people who are last in to breakfast are always the people in discussion of murder when the Traitors meet in the tower. Several ex contestants have debunked this since it started going viral and have said that it’s not the case and Traitors come in late too. Which is a fair point.

I don’t know if this is fully debunked if you ask me. I get that it’s not ALWAYS the case, but I think it’s noteworthy enough for Faithfuls to always be clocking who’s in last.

Dan and Joe are brothers

Dan got banished last week but Joe remained. This one is honestly just nonsense guys, if you ask me. Why would the show openly say they have a sibling duo in with Armani and Maia but secretly have another? And the two of them have completely different accents. They just are both white men who look a bit similar.

Frankie is Freddie’s mum

Look guys, just because someone says oh I’m a mum to him does not mean they’re his actual mum. It’s like saying Linda’s my mum cause I call her mother when she comes on screen! Frankie has four boys and Freddie has said he’s an only child. Debunked.

Jack will come back once again

You guys need to just accept he got dealt a very savage hand and leave it at that, I fear. The first time the carriage casualties got booted, they never appeared on The Traitors Uncloaked. It kinda felt like we all knew they’d return. This time however, Jack actually has been on it which proves he’s gone for good.
