Strange editing error proves I’m A Celeb’s Cyclone immunity challenge is a set up

How are we going to explain this one, then?

There was an editing error on I’m A Celeb 2024 last night which proves all is not as it seems in the current Celebrity Cyclone immunity challenge. Right now, the campmates are battling to get a ticket straight to the famous Celebrity Cyclone.

And and Dec announced the challenge, and said the camp was going to be split into two sets of four. The four celebs would then go against each other. Two from the first set of four would go through to the final, and two from the second. There, the remaining celebs will challenge against each other. The winner is immune from public voting, and gets a ticket straight to the famous Celebrity Cyclone challenge.

That all seemed well, until a big error showed something fishy was going on. The first set of celebs to face the challenge was Coleen, Danny, GK and Richard. Then came the second set: Barry, Maura, Alan and Oti.

Heading down to the trial – the second group of celebs joked about how gross it could be. Now is where I need you to pay attention. Look at Maura. Her face is clear as day, right? Note that.

As the second group of celebs then went down to the trial area, they were told by Ant and Dec they’d have to dig out coins from a pit of guts, and then use them to retrieve balls. These were either filled with tickets to towards immunity, or a star which was a meal for camp.

But then – look at Maura again. She’s suddenly out of nowhere got pretty bad goggle marks across her forehead. The trial hasn’t even started? How did they get there? Does this error prove I’m A Celeb has filmed the Cyclone immunity challenge more than once? Is this a fix?

There was then a short ad break, and upon return, Maura had her goggles on and was ready to do the trial. After it was complete, she had the same marks on her face as she did – seemingly – before she’d even put the goggles on. Suspicious.

People on Twitter are already calling out the challenge, as they believe ITV has done it to change which celebs leave the camp. “I hate this twist,” one person said. “No one should get immunity from being voted of and guaranteed a place in the final. It should be up to the public who the final four are. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.”

Another said: “This completely defeats the point of the show. The public are supposed to choose their winners—wtf is this????” One more added: “It manipulates the outcome an eighth-place celebrity can finish fourth.” Yikes.
