Charlie says Eve brutally dumped her an HOUR after MAFS filming as she finally explains split
‘There was so much I learned watching the series back – which was awful’
Instantly after their MAFS UK 2024 wedding, things turned sour for Charlie and Eve. Their honeymoon was a mess, and they quit soon after following explosive rows. But now, Charlie has finally lifted the lid on what happened when the cameras stopped rolling.
According to her, things were just as brutal off-screen as they were on it. She’s said as soon as they left filming for the show it was over, and Eve blocked her on socials. When the show was airing, it was quickly reported that Eve had a new girlfriend – who she had been seeing for months.
Speaking to The Sun, Charlie has said Eve cut ties with her within hours of them finishing filming. She added that to this day, she remains blocked by her former TV wife. “Eve blocked me on everything and I’ve never been unblocked since that day. It was so savage,” she said.
Charlie added that she planned to bury the hatchet during the reunion show, but Eve didn’t turn up. She said: “Before the reunion, I had written her a letter, just with everything in it. But she didn’t turn up. Shock. I was just a bit gutted because it’s the closure, isn’t it?
“Not that you need closure to move on. I have moved on, but it’s more of a respect thing. There was so much that I learned watching the series back as well that I didn’t know had been going on, which was awful.”
Charlie has a new girlfriend now, and called her current relationship “refreshing”. She said there’s much better communication between them than there ever was with Eve.

She told The Sun: “We’re very similar in the way that we communicate and just the way that we are. It’s just been so nice and refreshing to be with somebody who knows how to communicate because that was the issue before.”
