Omg, Taylor Lautner just made a hilarious comment about Bella dating Jacob in Twilight

It’s been over a decade since the last Twilight movie was released and Taylor Lautner has just commented on a HUGE fan debate.

The actor, who played werewolf Jacob in the teen drama, thinks that main character Bella should have ended up with him instead.

In the films, Kristen Stewart toys between Jacob and vampire Edward, who she ends up marrying and having a baby with.

There are so many Team Jacob fans out there who think the pair were better suited, and the actor clearly agrees.

He revealed so on TikTok, taking part in the funny “accidental camera flip” trend that sees people sharing an opinion.

The camera then turns around to reveal they were behind the statement, but they pretend they were accidentally caught out.

“Honestly screw Edward. Bella should have ended up with Jacob,” Lautner wrote while filming a scene from Twilight on his TV.

The camera then turned around to the actor’s face, revealing that he was the one who said it.

“Oh no no no,” he added while frantically trying to flip the camera back around.

Fans found the whole thing hilarious, with one person commenting: Everyone go home he won this trend.”

“I fear you win this one, Taylor,” said another.

No one was expecting the actor to be behind the TikTok, which makes the whole thing even funnier.

Plus, people are freaking out over the fact Taylor spoke about Twilight and had the iconic movie on his TV.

The last time he mentioned the saga was in December 2025, when he revealed he almost lost the role of Jacob after the first movie.

“They called me and said, ‘Thank you for your participation, but we’re recasting you for the rest of the franchise’,” he told Alex Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast.

“My character in the first book is supposed to be like a 16-year-old little scrawny boy, and in the middle of New Moon, he transforms into this 25-year-old looking built, muscular man.”

“So their plan all along was to cast a 16-year-old, which they did. I was 16 at the time. And then they were going to cast like a mid-20s guy to carry on and be Jacob for the rest of the franchise. I had to fight for my role back.”

Thank god they didn’t recast him!
