Spa trips and getting fillers: What Holly did after she quit MAFS UK and split from Alex

We’ve just seen Holly and Alex vote to leave MAFS UK 2024, and it looks as though after that shock decision, Holly embraced her freedom. She was let loose from shackles of the experiment (and Alex) and went back to enjoying single life.

For the cast members, the show wrapped filming at the start of 2024. So, they’ve had months to come to terms with what happened, and to digest all the drama we’re only just seeing now. It seems as though Holly very much put the drama behind her straight off the back of filming, as she was living her best life like Alex never even existed. Good for you, girl.

Straight after MAFS UK 2024, Holly checked into a spa retreat. On her Instagram she shared a picture of her at Norton Grange Hotel and Spa, a four star hotel in Manchester. “Mums can have fun to.. right?” she captioned the bikini pic. It’s giving revenge and I’m here for it.

She went on loads of nights out

In true Holly fashion, she hung up the experiment and went on loads of nights out. Her Instagram is full of her hanging out in Manchester, at places such as Pasha, a shisha bar in the city.

She also did an appreciation post for a friend, next to a picture of them on a night out, Holly said: “Dear best friend, thank you for always being my biggest fan, you are all the courage I need and I love you unconditionally. This one’s for you.”

Holly runs her own business

Holly runs her own business, so no doubt after the experiment she returned to her family and work life. Holly is a trained beautician, and during her MAFS intro showed how she runs her own lash salon from the bedroom of her house in Huddersfield. She runs her own business called Lash Lounge, and by the looks of her social media, she has since upgraded her facilities to be more than just a bed!

Holly became pregnant with her son Dec when she was just 16, and she didn’t even know she was pregnant until 37 weeks in. Holly also has a daughter, Daisy, who turned nine this year.

After the show Holly also got some cosmetic work done. She really did say “goodbye Alex” and meant it. She posted a video on Instagram of her getting some fillers and facial rebalancing. She went to S Rose Cosmetics in Manchester, where some of the treatments Holly got can cost hundreds.

A post from the clinic about Holly’s work said: “We decided that she wanted lateral face fillers to create scaffolding and structure to her mid face that naturally picked up her cheeks, along side this we did cheek filler, chin filler and pre jowls. And only a small amount in her jaw. To enhance this rhinoplasty (nose filler) was done to balance out her side profile. She is just stunning and only 5ml was used in this facial rebalancing.”

She’s moved on!
