People think a huge MAFS UK scene with Eve and Charlie was cut after heated exit
There was definitely more behind the scenes that we didn’t see
People have been speculating that the producers left out a lot of what really happened between Eve and Charlie on MAFS UK following their very heated exit. Their decision to leave was filled with plot holes and an overwhelming sense that there was more to their disagreements than we’d seen on TV.
I’m actually finding it so uncomfortable and difficult to watch Eve deny what she did and glaring whilst Charlie’s sitting there having a panic attack, it’s not entertaining viewing – do they have a mental health team on this show??? This isn’t normal #mafsuk

At the most recent commitment ceremony where Eve and Charlie parted ways, viewers were concerned for Charlie who was “sitting there having a panic attack” while speaking with the experts on the couch. One X user noted how the behaviour “wasn’t normal,” and found it “uncomfortable and difficult to watch.”
What didn’t we see on the honeymoon?
Despite a really positive wedding, Eve and Charlie seemed to have the honeymoon from hell. We saw Charlie and Eve spend most of the time apart, until the last night where a huge fight kicked off and Charlie smashed a glass on the floor, which was a catalyst to their dramatic MAFS exit.
We also now know that Charlie dramatically threw her wedding ring into the ocean. Was this really what set Eve into a spiral? I guess we’ll never find out, but it seems like things were a lot worse on that honeymoon than Channel 4 originally aired. When you have a bunch of other couples’ arguments to fit into an hour TV slot, there isn’t a lot of time to break down each disaster.
Eve didn’t write the letter, but what else didn’t she get involved in?

Charlie was heartbroken when she poured her soul out into her letter, but Eve couldn’t write one back due to “not being there yet.” People online suspected it wasn’t just the letter task that she didn’t get involved with – she wasn’t showing commitment to any part of the experiment at all.
It didn’t help that she didn’t live with Charlie, which is a huge part of the show. Sharing space is one of the key parts of the bonding experience!
The eavesdropping interview incident
In the episode of their split, Charlie claimed that Eve was listening “with her head at the door” to Charlie’s interview, which she described as her “safe space.” Eve had a completely different telling of events, which involved her just walking past and hearing nothing at all legible.
It ended up being a dealbreaker on the couch that day, and even expert Mel told Eve: “With respect Eve, you’ve lied on the couch today,” making it seem likely that Charlie was telling the truth. Unfortunately for us, the cameras were only rolling from inside the interview room and not outside where Eve allegedly was listening in, so the mystery remains.
What had Eve been telling the other girls?
Jaws DROPPED across the country when Polly called Charlie a bully at the last dinner party. It’s times like this where you have to remember that nobody has the full story apart from Eve and Charlie, who lived it. It made people suspicious there were conversations between Eve and the rest of the girls (who Eve felt more “comfortable” opening up to) that weren’t aired.
The most cringeworthy moment was when Eve came back from comforting Charlie and telling her “it breaks my heart to see you like this,” to actually thanking Polly for doing it. It was actually quite scary to see the switch up, and it actually made me wonder what Polly had been told to react the way she did with Charlie.
Will we ever get to the bottom of what happened? Probably not. But, I’m sure the other couples will provide us with ample opportunity for drama!
