Omg! MAFS Australia star Ella Ding is engaged to her boyfriend Guy Palmero
The two started dating in April 2023
Wedding bells are ringing! Former MAFS Australia bride Ella Ding is now engaged to her boyfriend Guy Palmero after dating for just under one year.
Guy asked the question whilst he and Ella were on their morning run in the Royal Botanic Gardens. He veered off course and and got down on one knee before asking Ella to marry him and luckily the MAFS Australia star said yes!
Her fiancee then revealed all her friends and family were waiting nearby to celebrate their engagement with her.
Ella later posted a cute picture of her and Guy, with the caption: “The man of my actual dreams proposed to me with my friends and family. I love you. I love us.”

And it turns out the two actually used to date but Ella “ghosted” him after she freaked out over a romantic gesture.
Speaking about their relationship and how they met during an Instagram Q&A, Ella revealed she actually dated her now boyfriend, six years ago. She explained their relationship came to an end because she “freaked out” over a romantic gesture.

We have known each other for about six years. We have been friends for a really long time and we did actually date… but the timing was never in our favour,” she said.
“There was a time when he organised a picnic date in the back of his ute. He picked me up from work and he had Thai food. He had set up a picnic in the back of his ute with a torch, pillows, an esky, wine and it was so thoughtful but I’m pretty sure I ended it with him after that because I freaked out.”
I do love a happy ending!
