The former Buffalo building has been sold and will reopen as Wow bar
LGBT+ bar Wow is moving into the venue
The former Buffalo building has been left empty since the shock closure of the bar for financial reasons in January.
However the building has now finally been purchased by Wow bar Cardiff.
The LGBT+ bar was formerly located on Churchill Way, but closed the doors of its old venue in early May, promising to 'reopen as an exciting new LGBTQ venue'.
Wow have now announced that this new venue will be located within the former Buffalo bar.
They will be carrrying out 'extensive refurbishment work' on the building.
Wow manager Vicky Roffi told the Cardiff Tab: "We are very proud of Wow's new home", adding that the plan is for the bar to open "around mid July".
