The printers are down in the SJ and nobody is impressed
Queues for days
The printers in the SJ library appear not to be working as well as usual. They are either being slow or not responding and are causing massive queues around the library as students desperately scramble for one that might work. This comes at the crucial time of 2pm deadlines, causing stress and late penalties for many students.
Some of them keep displaying, “one or more jobs cannot be released”.
Alexandra, a third year Communications student said: “Three minutes before my deadline and theres a bigger queue for the printers than juicy on a Thursday. Where’s my free double?”

The library deny there are any issues.
@lucysarahp Not aware of any problems, the Computing Services page says everything is fine, no queues at the printer here now.
