Register NOW to ride giant Park Street water slide

Local artist turns Park Street into a f**k off water slide but you have to register to ride it

Registrations are open for people to book their chance to go on a MASSIVE 90-metre long water slide down Park Street on Sunday 4th May.

For the first time ever students with a liking for shit clubs will literally be able to slide into Java and order a double vodka cranberry.

Have you signed up yet?

But there is a caveat to all this fun: due to the massive interest in local artist Luke Jerram’s enormous slide, only a limited number of lucky people will be able to skim down Park Street.

You too might have this much fun

Luke told The Bristol Post:

“If the slide goes ahead, to ensure it is as safe as possible we can only allow one person at a time to participate. Scheduled for May 4, from 11am-5pm, if we allow one minute per person, only 360 people will be able to participate. If one person takes 30 seconds that’s still only 720 people.”

Will you be one of the lucky few hundred to use the slide?

So that everybody has a fair shot at riding the slide a five day registration period has been devised, at the end of which winning names will be picked out a random and awarded  a ticket.

The registration period opened today and will close on April 20. Allocation of ticket will take place between April 21 and 29.
