Valentine’s: The Day You Love to Hate
We could’ve asked about your romantic plans for this V-day, but instead you told us what you hate about it
It’s that time of year again. Red roses, milk chocolate hearts and smug-looking couples lurk around every corner. For some, this is a time of joy; the celebration of a Disney princess romance we didn’t think was possible. For others, this is a dark and dismal time.
The sweet scent of roses becomes nauseating, and the only Disney story we can relate to is Tinderella. The only thing keeping us going is the idea of reduced prices on those milk chocolate hearts. Valentines may traditionally be about love, but this year you told us why you hate February the 14th.
