Hilary Musser shows off her huge, waterfront 18,000-square-foot home on Members Only: Palm Beach, and I simply must know whether she sold it. She’s been a real estate agent for years, and lives in a $40 million property herself, so let’s see whether it’s on the market.
In fact, if you’re looking for a very grand, luxurious home, you’re in luck! Hilary put the property, which only started to appear on the Netflix show on December 29, up for sale a couple of days before the show premiered. The new listing is up for a whopping $42.5 million.
It has seven bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, and is completely furnished. Oh, and it comes with a pool and spa with 180-degree water views, outdoor cocktail bar, multiple outdoor cooking areas, private cinema, wine room, spa and expansive indoor-outdoor living.
Hilary designed and worked with a team of experts to bring the property to life, and it’s certainly paid off.

Hilary claims the movie theatre seats are the “most comfortable she’s ever sat in” – and she’s even got Alex Caos designs in there from her friend Mason’s gallery, for the lucky buyer. You can also see Mar-a-Lago from the second floor. Wait, is that DJ Tumbles performing?
There’s obviously a massive walk-in closet and then somehow, the “first ever ergonomic fireplace” in the world, according to Hilary, in the living room. Oh, and as if that wasn’t enough, the kitchen is literally perfect for a butler, you know, if you have some spare cash.

The dining room alone is filled with wine that would take about a year to drink, while the closet was made using the same leather used for Ferrari seats and dashboards. Bare in mind that this house was literally just an empty space where concrete was poured when it began.
