Debunked: A car has not crashed into Vanderpump Rules SUR restaurant and ‘injured staff’
Co-owner Ken Todd was spotted taking photos of the accident
A car seemingly crashed into the famous Vanderpump Rules restaurant, SUR, owned by Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd. A video was shared online showing the car surrounded by broken glass, which shows Ken taking photos, and the emergency services.
The video was shared just a few hours ago, with someone writing on Reddit: “Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant Sur had a little accident. Let’s send the staff member who was hit by the car many well wishes because they are gonna need it.”
However, the incident in question actually happened in 2020, at Ken and Lisa’s restaurant, Pump. The silver Ferrari crashed into the patio area in January that year, which left one person being hospitalised with minor injuries, after the car lost control.
At the time, the car crashed through the patio seating and front door glass. Lisa commented on the incident, stating, “No. We are not a Drive-Thru. Thank God no one was hurt.” Shortly afterwards, the restaurant re-opened.
