Even after their cringe breakup on Love Is Blind, Kacie and Patrick are *still* at it
They can’t agree on how things went down
Patrick and Kacie’s Love Is Blind journey ended before they even got to Mexico, but that hasn’t stopped them from being extremely messy since leaving the series.
After seemingly falling in love in the pods, things went wrong for Kacie and Patrick right after the reveal. Kacie broke up with him, saying she couldn’t do the show anymore, but also that she didn’t want to continue their relationship outside of it. Ouch.

Lots of viewers thought the timing wasn’t a coincidence, and that Kacie ended things with Patrick because she wasn’t physically attracted to him. The makeup artist has since denied this in a recent Instagram Reel. She captioned the video, “Are you the type of girl who cares about physical attraction?” and lip-synced an audio saying, “heck no”.
In an interview with Viral Files, she got honest about the moment she ended things.
“If we had any shot of it actually working out, I needed to do it off camera and wanted to date him slowly at our pace at home in Denver,” she said. “It was hard. I remember being very emotional about it, and I felt bad.”
She continued: “I didn’t handle it the best way I could have, I mean, you just don’t really know how to handle these things, and it’s really hard for me to watch that Patrick thinks it’s because he’s ugly – I keep seeing that everywhere.”

Patrick claimed he tried to reach out to Kacie after their time on Love Is Blind, but she shut him down and wouldn’t even agree to a phone call as friends. He also shaded her on TikTok, posting a video lip-syncing to Drake lyrics that said, “Just mail me my ring back. Can’t keep that sh*t.”

Kacie denied this version of the events. According to her, she was the one who reached out to him. When she found out Patrick went to the group meet up and told his other pod connection, Anna, that it would’ve been her if she hadn’t left early, Kacie doubled down on her decision.
“This isn’t my love story,” she said.
Things are set to be super messy in the reunion next week.
