This dancer worked on The Ed Gein Story, and she just revealed ‘hilarious’ BTS details
‘POV: You were one of the c*nty dancers’
Now that most of us have apprehensively binged our way through Netflix’s Monster: The Ed Gein Story, BTS clips are shedding new light on what that set was really like.
TikTok user Chlochan was part of the making of Monster: The Ed Gein Story, but you never heard her speak. You see, Chlo was one of the “c*nty” nurses at the end of episode eight. In that final episode, as Ed is reaching the end of his life, he hallucinates a bunch of real-world serial killers, his mother Augusta, and other patients of the psychiatric facility dancing for him.
@chlochan i won’t drag it, i’m just excited 😩😭 #monsters #edgein #ryanmurphy #charliehunnam
Chlo was one of those nurses, and in a now viral TikTok, she said: “POV: you were one of the c*nty nurses dancing behind Ed Gein at the end of MONSTERS 3.”
People obviously had burning questions, so in part two, Chlo unpacked the experience a little more for her followers.
“Everything on set was so cool,” she said. “I got my hair and makeup done in the main character trailer, so Charlie was kind of close by. We didn’t really interact other than one conversation we had upstairs. He said something about not knowing that there were dancers.”
Though Chlo did spend a lot of time sitting and waiting for her big moment, she did get to spend lots of time with the actors who played serial killers Charles Manson, Ed Kemper, Jerry Brudos, and Richard Speck.
In the comments, she also revealed that Richard Speck’s actor, Tobias Jelinek, was wearing “prosthetic boobs all day, it was hilarious.”
@chlochan Replying to @Alice There’s so much more to recall honestly, because there was so much going on. But i’m just so grateful 🥹🥹it was all so new for me!!! #monsters #ryanmurphy #edgein #dancer

Chlo continued: “I felt really pampered. There was food everywhere; they were constantly feeding us. The hair and makeup team were constantly checking on me, fixing my hair and fixing my makeup. My pants ripped multiple times, and they were fixing my pants nonstop.”
Though she didn’t watch the show because “I’m not good with scary”, she seemed to really enjoy the experience.
The Ed Gein Story’s intimacy coordinator also revealed BTS moments
Hollywood intimacy coordinator, Yehuda Duenyas, who earlier worked on Ryan Murphy’s Dahmer season, was back on the set for The Ed Gein Story, and she’s since revealed BTS details.
On choreographing the x-rated moments, she explained: “Anytime you’re recreating real events, there’s a dual responsibility: the narrative imperative to tell the story well, and the ethical responsibility to do justice to the facts. Sometimes those two are in conflict. At the end of the day we’re making shows, not documentaries.
“However, the emotional truths still have to hold. And whenever intimacy and violence intersect, that’s when a little extra care is required, and not because actors are fragile, and not because we should avoid difficult stories, but because embodying those scenarios has a real impact on our nervous systems. The body doesn’t know it’s fiction. The mind might, but the body does not.
“So our job as intimacy coordinators is to create structure, clear boundaries, choreography, support, so that the actors can go to those dark, complex emotional places without getting lost in them.”
