People are fuming this MAFS UK bride isn’t being ‘held accountable’ for actions like Sarah

Things aren’t going very well between Julia-Ruth and Divarni on MAFS UK, and some people are angry the bride isn’t being “held accountable” for her actions.

Their wedding day couldn’t have gone better, but cracks started to show on the honeymoon and the bride started calling out her match for his height and being too serious when she wants to have a bit of fun. Some are saying her behaviour should be outed in the same way as Sarah, who has been slammed for constantly making “insensitive” comments about Dean’s weight.

Speaking on Reddit, someone said: “I feel like she’s behaving the same way, she’s trying find a fault in Divarni no matter what he does, I wanted to like her but I she overreacts most things and I don’t know if I can believe that Divarni blew up on her or it was that he raised his voice to get his point across/be heard and she just saw it one way. All these arguments that some of them happen to have behind the scenes, they should show on camera.”

They went on to list a few examples, including Julia-Ruth constantly talking about his height to others which he “can’t change,” and asking him a deep question and then blaming him for “trauma dumping” which makes him feel “unseen”.

The person also called out the ranking task, where Julia-Ruth called out Divarni for putting looks and sex at the bottom of his priorities. They claimed she “had a go” at the groom for his answers but whatever order he picked would have been wrong.

“Controversial point but dragging Divarni in that Steven mess, I feel like she involves herself in things that don’t concern her, I think Divarni is sooo introverted and avoidant that the drama probably made him panic inside, because even when Maeve tried to get Joe involved, he didn’t want to be pulled in the drama,” they continued.

“Again this is something where she could have pulled Nelly aside to tell her, instead of telling everyone before her and getting others involved in the convo, it only adds to nelly feeling embarrassed by Steven’s behaviour.”

Other MAFS UK viewers are agreeing in the comments, with one person writing: “She’s a ridiculous red flag, all her dramas and breakdowns are so performative. If she’s not into Divarni then fine but don’t gaslight him constantly she’s always manipulating any situation.”

“I think she’s fascinating in some ways, but it does seem like Divarni can’t do right for doing wrong. She overpowers him a lot and because she is quite quick and articulate, it makes him shrink a little I think,” said another.

However, others say there are two sides to every story: “I think there have been two incidents now of her saying he ‘blows up’ or shouts etc, so potentially a side we’re not seeing.”

“I’m not Julia-Ruth’s biggest fan, I think she’s a bit of a dramatic theatre kid, but i dont think she’s done anything wrong. I actually think Divarni did her the dirty by not backing her up,” another person wrote.
