Omg, Sophie Habboo and Jamie Laing announce they are expecting their first child with cute video

It’s going to be a good day because Sophie Habboo and Jamie Laing are officially pregnant with their first child.

As we know, Jamie and Sophie met on the set of Made in Chelsea when she joined as a friend of Jamie’s ex, Frankie Gaff. After a few hurdles, the couple moved in together a year later and have since gone from strength to strength. Both of them are really flourishing, and we love to see it. Naturally, people are thrilled at the idea that their little family unit is set to grow larger.

In a cute clip posted to both Sophie and Jamie’s Instagram accounts, Sophie could be seen lying on a bed as a nearby doctor conducted an ultrasound. Both seemed thrilled at the prospect of becoming new parents; a huge smile on Sophie’s face as Jamie could be heard saying “omg” and “You’re kidding me” as they looked at the scan. The post was simply captioned with a love heart, and it has since recieved over 200k likes.

As reality TV legends, Sophie Habboo and Jamie Laing’s pregnancy news was met with a ton of congratulatory statements from both TV stars and everyday people.

Love Island’s Molly-Mae Hague wrote: “Congratulations guys!!!!”

“Omg congratulations guys so so exciting,” Dianne Buswell wrote, as Mollie King added, “The best news!! Congratulations guys! See you later for a massive hug!”

“Omg!!!! This is the BEST news. Congratulations, you two,” Vicky Pattison added.

Miles Nazaire also hopped on the omg train, writing: “Omg!!!! No way!!!! I am so happy for you both!”

We mere mortals were also ecstatic at the news, as one penned: “When I say I am screaming and crying and unwell all at the same time! Someone needs to call me an ambulance this morning immediately! You guys deserve this more than anything! Love you both!”

“HEART FULL! So beyond excited,” another said, as someone else added, “Awwww my favourite couple that I don’t personally know. The biggest congrats ever! Gosh, imagine how much love and laughter that baby is being born into.”

It’s really been an exciting few weeks for Sophie and Jamie, with the former set to join the latter on Radio One.

“I’m so excited to be joining the Radio 1 family… Turns out we’re the first ever Married couple to do it together, soooo I’m not too sure if that’s a good thing or bad thing – hopefully we don’t argue on the Radio! Get ready for the chaos – Catch you on Monday,” she said in a post.
