Um, you’ll never guess which MAFS Australia 2025 star is launching a career as a comedian
I did not expect this
MAFS Australia 2025 is over, so naturally all the contestants are announcing brand deals and weird business hustles in order to maximise their five minutes of fame. One MAFS Australia groom has announced his ambitions to go down a very unexpected career path, and become a comedian.
Eliot has unveiled plans to launch a career in comedy. He gained 289,000 followers on TikTok after the show, and feels this qualifies him to get more involved in the industry.
He told 9entertainment: “My whole dream growing up was to be involved in comedy and that’s always been a really positive outlet for me.”
Since his stint on MAFS, Eliot had made many, many TikTok videos. Some are of him larking around with other MAFS contestants, particularly his rumoured love interest Jamie.

Eliot also makes videos parodying various moments from MAFS Australia 2025. He’s dressed up Beth and the MAFS camera operators for skits. That’s dedication.
Since the show started airing, Eliot has churned out one TikTok making fun of Adrian, one about Carina, one about Paul, one about Jeff, two about Clint, three about Ryan, six about Jacqui, nine about Billy, nine about Lauren, 14 about Dave, and a whopping 15 about Veronica. And also two making fun of Robert Irwin, if anyone cares.
Eliot even made a video in which he dressed up as Dave, and pretended to be Dave reacting to Eliot reacting to Dave reacting to him getting closer to Jamie. I’m a bit lost, to be honest.

As well as using TikTok to kick-start his comedy career, Eliot also plans to make more social media videos about adopting dogs. He said: “TikTok has given me this huge platform where we were able to get two dogs rehomed from my local Animal Welfare League shelter. Both dogs had been in there for two months and couldn’t find a home. We found a home for both of them within a week. That’s the sort of thing that is like something out of a dream for me.”
Well, best of luck to him.
