Beth reveals who was the fakest MAFS Australia 2025 participant, and I’m shook

The MAFS Australia 2025 bride Beth has revealed whose behaviour she thought was fakest in the experiment. Beth used to get along with this person, but a specific moment we didn’t see on TV changed her opinion of them.

Beth reckoned Veronica’s behaviour was often very different when the cameras were around. She told The Tab: “There were just little issues she’s create just to cause a scene and get more air time. To me, that’s so fake.”

In the early weeks of MAFS Australia, Beth was friends with Veronica. But this changed during the drama-filled couples’ retreat to Byron Bay.

“With Veronica, I really liked her at the beginning. But I saw a different side to her at the retreat.

“At the retreat, you have a quick hour in the morning before all the producers arrive. So you can have some quick conversations before you take your mic off. And I remember I was really upset, because me and Teejay were not in a good place at the retreat. I was crying. And I went to sit with Veronica. And I told her everything. And she was like, ‘Babe, these are your real feelings. If you don’t want to talk about it on camera, don’t feel like you have to.’

“Then the other girls can see me and Veronica sitting together. So they all come down. And when they get there, they can see that I’m crying. Veronica then switches. And she sees a producer and a camera guy and a sound guy. And she’s like, ‘Oi, come and film this.’ And I’m like, ‘Are you joking? I’m sat here crying. You’ve just said, ‘Don’t talk about it on camera.” But because she’d seen us all together, she thought, ‘Oh, air time. More time for me to be on film.’ So she brought the camera guy down. And we all just sat there and made up a random conversation.

“But that, to me, was really fake. And from that point on, I didn’t like Veronica. My heart sank, because me and her had a nice little friendship going. And when she did that, I just thought, ‘You b*tch’.”
