Dave’s response to Jamie and Eliot dating after MAFS Australia is so savage

Well gals, the MAFS Australia contestants Jamie Marinos and Eliot Donovan are officially “hooking up”. I did not see this coming. Jamie’s on-screen husband Dave has reacted to this news. His response was so savage. He really did not hold back.

During an Instagram Q&A, a MAFS Australia viewer asked Dave, “What are your thoughts on Jamie and Eliot getting together?”

Dave responded: “Honestly, I don’t have any thoughts on it. I couldn’t give a- I don’t care.”

He then proceeded to carefully give his thoughts on their relationship.

Dave continued: “I wholly doubt she’s going to sleep with three cast members from this year’s season. I think it’s just a TikTok Instagram thing, whatever they’re doing.”

Er, did he just accuse Eliot and Jamie of faking their relationship for social media clout?

By the way, the third cast member he’s referring to is Teejay. Jamie dramatically revealed at Beth and Teejay’s wedding that she’d slept with him when they were teenagers and living in Adelaide. This moment was cut from the show.

Dave concluded: “But good luck to them, honestly! Good luck, best wishes, and have a great day.” Hmmmm.

Jamie has previously revealed that she and Dave “aren’t on speaking terms anymore”. She told the Daily Mail Australia: “‘I don’t have anything to say to him. Everything I say doesn’t resonate. It’s a waste of words and energy. I don’t want to waste more time proving my worth to someone who doesn’t deserve it.” Ouch

As soon as Dave regained control of his Instagram after MAFS had finished airing in Australia, he dramatically unfollowed both Jamie and Eliot. Ouch.
