Lily Phillips has gone viral once again with her grossest and most dangerous challenge yet, which resulted in her friend having to have surgery *down there*.

The 25-year-old OnlyFans star and fellow adult content creator Wisconsin Tiff bedded 50 consecutive men last week in what they’re calling the “backdoor” challenge.

If you thought sleeping with 100 guys in a day was bad, this is so much worse, and Tiff literally had to have reconstructive surgery on her behind after the challenge. I wish I was joking.

Wisconsin Tiff, who has been in the adult industry for 21 years, also documented the whole hospital trip on TikTok.

“I thought it would be a fun idea to let 50 guys in my backdoor with my friend Lily Phillips because, you know, we like to do crazy stuff,” she said. “With this line of work I’m in, it needs to look perfect so here I am at the surgery place.”

The 35-year-old adult star didn’t explain exactly what happened, but revealed she had to have stitches and said it was one of the most painful recoveries she’s ever had. I think we can all use our imaginations.

Tiff shared another video 36 hours after the surgery revealing she was still in a lot of pain down there, and added in the caption: “Sitting on ice packs.”
