The boys had a really gross habit on All Stars and Elma was constantly telling them off
I actually feel sick
From lying in the glorious sun all day to getting dressed up for a party every evening, going on Love Island looks super glamorous, but it’s not all like that.
Finalists Catherine and Omar have revealed that the boys had a super gross habit in the All Stars villa that will literally make you feel sick.
In a new interview with Closer, they were asked what the most disgusting thing about living there was, and Catherine knew her answer straight away.
“Well, the most disgusting thing about living in the villa, especially with the boys. We had boxes and stuff, which had shoes and stuff in and it was disgusting, they used to put their dirty boxers on top of our shoes,” she explained.
Yes, the boys would fling their dirty boxers on top of all their shoes and accessories and just leave them there. Omar didn’t deny it in the interview either, so it clearly did happen. How grim!

Catherine revealed that Elma was the only one to actually call them out on it, adding: “Elma, bless Elma, every single week she would put all the dirty clothes out and be like, ‘Ok, boys, you need to come take your clothes’. The hallway just stank.”
Even just the thought of piles of dirty boxers stinking out the hallway is enough to make your stomach churn, and it gets worse. Catherine also revealed that the Love Island toilets quite often got blocked, and the boys would annoyingly use the girls’ toilets.

A few years ago, the girls claimed the upstairs toilet as female only and gave the boys the main loo downstairs because they were sick of finding pee on the seat. It seems like that rule’s stuck, but not all the boys followed it.
“The only thing that really made me think ‘I wanna go home’ is whenever I’d go to the toilet and I’d see the toilet seat lifted up and just pee all over the floor and seat,” Sanam Harrinanan said after her season.
It’s really not all glitz and glam!
