Rebecca Minkoff is leaving RHONY but literally NONE of her co-stars left a goodbye comment

Even Andy Cohen said he isn’t a fan of her

Rebecca Minkoff has officially announced she’s leaving RHONY aka The Real Housewives of New York. She officially joined as a friend of the cast in 2024, but a year on, it’s time for her to wave goodbye to those false pregnancy rumours, her ongoing feud with Brynn Whitfield (who isn’t arguing with her, at this point?!) and focus on a “new project”.

Now that RHONY season 15 has wrapped, there’s one less cast member appearing in the upcoming season. Rebecca has certainly provided some entertaining storylines, whether it’s sharing her Scientology faith or bragging about her $100M business she’s built from the ground up.

Rebecca Minkoff announces she’s leaving RHONY

Rebecca Minkoff has announced she won’t be returning to RHONY after season 15. Her departure comes just after she released a new book called Fearless, which focuses on the autobiography of her life as a company owner and reality TV star, and led to a series of successful press days, including an interview with NBC and other publications.

She featured in the two-part reunion, but little did we know that’s the last we’ll see of her on the show. “2025 is a new beginning for me and with current events in the world, I am reminded of the importance of family, friends and community now more than ever,” Minkoff said in a statement posted on Instagram.

Rebecca added: “The last month has given me a new perspective on wanting to focus on my wildly amazing 4 kids, my supportive husband, my business of 20 years, the Female Founder Collective, my podcast and MY BOOK.” One follower told her: “Seeing how the very “friend” who brought you on spoke to you in the preview for the reunion, I don’t blame you.”

None of her co-stars commented on the post

Awkwardly, none of Rebecca’s RHONY co-stars commented their farewells on her departure post. When most Bravo stars decide to leave or are simply not asked to return to the show, their co-stars, or at least other Real Housewives across the franchise, usually pay tribute to the dramatic storylines and iconic scenes they brought.

Even Andy Cohen once said he wasn’t a fan of Rebecca after she made up she was pregnant, and she’s limited the comments on her recent departure announcement. Several of her followers are backing her, with one saying she “wasn’t given a fair chance,” which she replied to with a heart emoji, and another writing that she was “too classy for that group”.

She spent the hours surrounding her announcement with Jessel Taank, as well as Dorinda Medley when appearing on her SiriusXM show. Rebecca seems far more focused on promoting her new book, and got really zen by attending a Pilates class and drinking a Lipton tea. You could say she’s in her wellness era!
