One year on from the drama: Everything the MAFS UK 2024 cast have done since their weddings

It’s been one year since the MAFS UK 2024 cast got married. 12 couples were paired together by experts Paul C. Brunson, Mel Schilling, and Charlene Douglas. However, despite being paired based on compatibility, none of the couples are still together.

The cast have been super busy, with their newfound fame finding them opportunities left, right, and centre, but, what have they actually been up to since walking down the aisle? Let’s take a look.

Right, I might be biased here as a fellow Black Country local but Sacha has been thriving since getting hitched.

Okay, guaranteed, her and Ross didn’t work out but she’s not let that stop her. Sacha has been back at work as an aesthetics practitioner, based at Fab The Salon. She’s also an award winning MUA, so has been glamming up lots of girlies since the show.

Away from work, since getting married, Sacha has focused on her faith, having been baptised as a Christian in October. She also recently turned 30, celebrating her birthday in Italy, as well as heading to DragCon with her friend and goddaughter.

However, Sacha has been dealing with grief recently, after the death of her cat, Diego, just before Christmas.

Ross

Ross has also been a busy bee this past year. He’s been very sports-focused, participating in a number of boxing matches, as well as a charity football game alongside Adam and Nathan.

He’s also shared lots of pics at the gym, which is no surprise as he bonded with Sacha’s dad over their love of working out.

As well as focusing on his health, Ross has been busy with his girlfriend, Magda, who he started dating a few months ago. The couple went to Krakow for his birthday, and have shared lots of loved up pics during their time together.

Ross has also made a number of media appearances, having been interviewed on ITV Granada, as well as on numerous podcasts.

Holly

Glam girly Holly has been super busy since getting hitched in January.

As you’d expect, she’s had tonnes of collabs, such as with Deville Co. and The Ladz in Huddersfield.

She’s also basically an influencer now, continuously posting stunning pics, with fellow MAFS girlies such as 2023 cast member Tasha, and fellow 2024 bride Amy.

However, despite rumours that Alex and Holly got back together, she told a fan: “We was never back together; we was working on a friendship.”

Probably this season’s most controversial character, Alex has been living it up post MAFS wedding. He’s been snapped at lots of celebrity social events, such as a Geordie Shore cast party and a marketing agency soiree.

Alex has also been seen hanging out with Jake Cornish from Love Island, as well as cast mates Amy and Sacha.

However, it’s not all play for Alex, as he’s been working hard too with his personal training business. According to his Instagram, he offers online or in person training, as well as workout and nutrition plans.

Emma

Everyone’s favourite MAFS UK 2024 bride has been having the best time since her time on the experiment. Emma’s message was to love yourself, be confident, and live positively, and she certainly has done that. Her Instagram is full of body-positivity, showing off how absolutely stunning she is.

She’s also recently been on a girly trip to Dublin, and has released merch based on her iconic “love a wine, love a crisp” line.

Emma has started collaborating with Skin + Me. Love this for her.

It’s no surprise too that Emma has kept in touch with her cast mates, particularly Kristina. The two besties have shared their friendship on Instagram, supporting each other and showing fans that they really found true love, with each other.

Caspar

Caspar’s year has been wholesome, to say the least. He’s formed some close bonds with his MAFS co-stars, such as Stephen, who called him a “friend for life”.

Caspar also shared a post of him, Keiran, and Sacha at the show’s wrap party. Super wholesome.

Let’s not forget that Caspar has a girlfriend now too! Taking to Instagram, the head-gardener showed off his new missus, calling her the “love of his life”.

The couple appeared to spend New Year’s Eve together, and whilst it’s not clear how long they’ve been boyfriend and girlfriend, they are moving in with each other.

Polly

Polly is currently living it up in Australia. Having recently been to Sydney, she is now in Perth, and there’s no denying, she is glowing! She’s shared her adventures with followers, having been down under since December, and she looks like she’s having a blast.

Whilst she hasn’t said whether this is a permanent move, she has bought a car and found a flat in Sydney, so we can assume as much.

As well as travelling, Polly has also collaborated with a number of companies such as a natural deodorant brand.

Adam

Adam is thriving, there’s no doubt about that. He’s been attending lots of events, including with his fellow MAFS brides and grooms such as the Geordie Shore cast party, and a Lemon Fill event.

Adam is also very close with co-star Amy, leading people to question whether they’re romantically involved. However, the pair denied being in a relationship, and claimed they’re just very close.

Just like other cast members, Adam has also got come collabs under his belt, working with Temu and Elite Competitions.

We can’t talk about Adam without mentioning Amy straight after.

Firstly, it can’t be ignored that Amy has been making the most of her life post-MAFS marriage. According to her Instagram, she’s been to Ibiza, and I’m honestly so jealous because it looked like so much fun!

She’s also been to Tulum in Mexico where she soaked up the sun and attended Afterlife’s event there.

Like other contestants, she’s being working hard, doing a collab with La Biosthetique, and attending the aforementioned Lemon Fill event with Adam.

Luke

Since getting married a year ago, Luke has left his job as a prison education officer at Cookham Wood, after having worked there for six years.

He posted a picture about the event, with a positive message thanking his fellow colleagues, and the prisoners, adding that he holds some anxiety about what his future holds.

However, fear not, Luke seems to be having a great time, having visited his native country, Malta, in December. Whilst there, he visited family, including his nephew that he hadn’t seen in a year.

Luke was also known on MAFS, for his hilarious one liners, including one about mould in Amy’s house. Well, he’s certainly made the most of his funny-man reputation, working with The Dwelling Doctors to raise awareness on the dangers of mould.

Lacey

Lacey and Nathan were one of the couples that managed to make it to the end of the show, but have since ended their relationship. However, although it’s not known whether she’s dating something new, she’s certainly got her hands full living a dreamy life.

Lacey has been on a few holidays since getting hitched, including to Egypt and Ibiza. She’s also become an ambassador for FashionNova, as well as using her platform for raising awareness about endometriosis, a condition Lacey lives with.

Away from work, Lacey has started a TikTok with her twin, Paige, as well as starting a joint Instagram account with her too.

Nathan

Fan favourite Nathan has been spending his time after MAFS hanging out with cast mates, working on brand deals, and raising awareness about ADHD.

Nathan has been working with House of Cavani, alongside Adam, as well as taking part in a charity football match with a host of his MAFS co-stars.

In December, Nathan also took to Instagram to raise awareness about neurodiversity, particularly ADHD. He shared a compilation video of himself, with a grateful message to followers, thanking them for the work they’re doing to help raise awareness of the condition too.

Eve

Eve left the show early after her and Charlie decided to call it quits. However, she’s been busy since then

During the show’s airing, Eve was seen in Ibiza kissing her new girlfriend. She also had a post-show haircut, which I’d show you but she’s deleted her Instagram.

Charlie

Since the show, Charlie has been making the most of her fame, going to lots of premieres. Can’t blame her at all.

She attended red carpets for Mr Hyde, Jack and the Beanstalk in Wimbledon, and the Geordie Shore launch party. She’s also hard launched her new partner, posting lots of pics of them together on Instagram.

Richelle

One of this season’s most divisive people, Richelle, hasn’t really been too active on Instagram but we can see that she’s popped over the BBC building in London.

In a post captioned: “Right to reply”, she shared a carousel of images outside of the building with a friend.

Rochelle has also been very vocal about her time on MAFS, sharing her side of what happened in her marriage, but comments have now been switched off on some of these posts.

Orson

Like other MAFS brides and grooms, Orson has been busy spending time with his cast mates.

He has supposedly been dating co-star Hannah, and has also been seen hanging out with Adam. Orson further saw a number of his cast mates when he took party in the Sellbrity charity football match.

Orson has also been living his best life in his native St Kitts, where he attended carnival.

Kieran

MAFS’ resident clown, Kieran, has been making all laugh with his shenanigans on Instagram. He’s been posting lots of silly videos, as well as some wholesome pics of his pooch, Hugo.

Kieran has also been working, doing a very smokey DJ set with his brother at his mate’s 30th. He really has just pure, positive vibes.

Kristina

Kristina really was a shining star on the show, and it’s so great to see her thriving.

Since getting married, she’s been hanging out with her bestie Emma, and continuing to educate the public on PMDD. Kristina has also been sharing some stunning full-glam pics, making her a true Instagram princess.

She’s still lighting up rooms, and surrounding herself with friends and families. We could take notes from her.

Hannah

Late comer Hannah, certainly kept us entertained on the show, but what’s she been up to one year on? Well, she’s still running her gym in Altrincham, often posting content for her business on her socials.

She has further promoted herself and her work through podcasts, and appeared on the You and Me Podcast, as well as her own YouTube show.

Hannah is also supposedly dating Orson after they soft launched on Instagram late last year, although they haven’t posted anything of each other since.

Stephen

Stephen, like his bride Hannah, is fitness enthusiast, and has been showing off his gym progress on his socials since leaving the show. Along with progress pics, he’s been sharing motivation quotes to get his followers feeling positive.

Stephen has also hung out with a number of his cast mates, like “friend for life” Caspar, and Adam.

Something not on my post-MAFS bingo card though, is that Stephen has dyed his hair platinum, debuting his new look on Instagram a few months ago.

Sionann

Glasgow girly Sionann has been having a blast since the show, posting about all her endeavours on Instagram. In December, she went to see Charli XCX, and has also been doing some modelling.

Like a true influencer, Sionann has been posting lots of videos too, including one of her getting a new tattoo, and one of her doing a tattoo tour.

And, as we all do after a breakup, she’s changed her hair, opting for a stunning cherry cola hue.

Ryan

Whilst Ryan wasn’t on the show for long, he certainly made an impression.

He didn’t stay with bride Sionann for long, and since leaving there have been rumours of a fling with Hannah, something he swiftly put to bed.

Ryan, like many of his other male cast mates has been involved in a charity football game with Sellebrity, and has also been spending lots of time with his son.
