Hold on, Jade Thirlwall just spilled on how she dated Harry Styles and he ghosted her!?

In a new interview, Jade Thirlwall opened up on several topics; her relationship or lack thereof with Jesy Nelson, the disbanding of Little Mix, online trolling, and a strange story about being ghosted by none other than Harry Styles.

Though we already know that Jade Thirlwall found her The X Factor spotlight as one part of Little Mix in 2011, she actually first appeared on the show three years earlier as a solo artist. It was then she met Harry Styles when he was competing as one part of One Direction with Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and the late Liam Payne.

In a resurfaced viral video, Jade looked unimpressed as Harry’s many love interests approached and now she has addressed the moment in an interview with the one and only Louis Theroux!

Here’s why Harry Styles ghosted Jade Thirlwall

Sitting down with Louis Theroux, Jade Thirlwall explained that at the time she couldn’t predict how popular Harry Styles would be in the future.

“I didn’t know he was going to be Harry Styles did I? I think we went on like one date when again, we were like 16 or something. Yeah, he’d just got put in the band. And it was really funny because we kept in touch,” she said. “The minute they went on the live shows, he didn’t message me back and I thought that’s it now, he’s gone, he’s made it.”

The following year, when Jade appeared as one part of Little Mix, she got her chance to address the ghosting but found that Harry was more than apologetic about the saga.
