Tulisa’s management posts scathing statement clapping back at post I’m A Celeb drama

‘She wanted to be back at home’

Ever since Tulisa was voted out of the I’m A Celeb 2024 camp, there has been loads of mystery and drama. Talk of her being angry at her axe emerged, as well as claims of her falling out with friends and ditching her campmates. Now, through her management, a statement has been released to finally address all the drama with Tulisa and I’m A Celeb.

After she left camp, things took an instant turn for the worse. Tulisa was reported to be “raging” and she wiped the show from her Instagram feed. Then, Tulisa skipped her appearance on I’m A Celeb spin-off, Unpacked. Whilst it was said there was “no bad blood” with ITV, Tulisa flew home from Australia, skipping the upcoming reunion.

Tulisa then posted to say she was feeling “overwhelmed” and to clarify she didn’t mean her comments when it was assumed she had called her fellow campmates fake. Her management has now released a statement to clarify this further. The scathing note shut down all previous rumours.

The statement said: “The truth of the matter is that Tulisa was struggling with her mental health, which is what she told fans. She wanted to be back at home, with her close friends and home comforts, and after a meeting with ITV it was agreed by all parties that this would be the best thing for her.

“It’s nothing more than that, despite what people are saying. ITV have offered her a full duty of care package and she’ll be back to her best in no time.”

The statement also addressed the rumour Tulisa had a “huge row” with her best friend over what had been posted on her Instagram whilst she was in the jungle. It had been said these were the posts Tulisa wiped when she got her phone back.

“There has been absolutely no fall out between Tulisa and her best friend Michelle,” the statement added. “They haven’t argued once since Tulisa left the jungle. Michelle in fact travelled back to London with Tulisa… This story has been completely fabricated and wasn’t even sent to Tulisa’s team for a chance to comment prior to publication.”

In concluded: “The decision for Tulisa to return home to the UK was agreed to by the production for welfare reasons.”
