A considered ranking of who from the cast of MAFS UK 2024 has been the biggest villain

Ever year MAFS UK will have its go-to villain, but the 2024 series seems to have been full of them. Some people have been villainous for a couple of episodes, whilst other cast members have taken us on a reign of terror.

We’ve had grooms make questionable comments about their brides, to brides who have turned wholesome days out into the school playground with petty comments. At some points of the show, I’ve been sure the entire cast actually hate one another.

Here’s a ranking of the MAFS UK 2024 cast, ending with who has become the biggest villain this year.

11. Sacha

If you’re asking me, I don’t think Sacha is a villain at all. She stands on business and gives people it back when they offer it out. However, Sacha called herself a villain when she argued with Alex, and said the show would be boring without her. She’s not wrong, so I’ll give her her dues!

10. Kieran

It really pains me to put Kieran on this list, but he needs to be mentioned. Everyone was backing him and Kristina from the start, and then he said he wouldn’t be able to “handle” her PMDD and the relationship was over. Plus now it’s been said he’s got a girlfriend after the show already, and our girl Stina is heartbroken. Not on my watch you don’t, Kieran!

By the end of his time on the show, I had warmed to Caspar and realised he and Emma were just simply never going to work. Despite it being admitted he was projecting his own insecurities, I can however never forget how he made Emma feel about her appearance. Caspar will always be a small villain, I’m afraid!

8. Stephen

Stephen and Hannah’s relationship was toxic from both ends. By the end of it, he said himself he didn’t even want to look at his new wife. He accepted zero accountability, zoned out of the experiment and then tried (and failed) at cracking on with Sionainn. Have some shame!

7. Adam

At the start of MAFS UK 2024, Adam was the biggest villain there was. He was fighting with Polly, making comments about her looks and didn’t seem to be on the show for the right reasons. Now, he and Polly still fight like cat and dog, but Adam has had a pretty decent character arc. I’ve by no means let him off, but you’re out the dog house, Adam.

Called Orson a cretin. Had no idea she was actually being pretty rude 90 per cent of the time. Experts called her out. She left. Next!

5. Luke

I really thought Luke was going to be a laugh a minute when he walked on and said to Amy: “I eat with my eyes and I’m so full.” But then he kept pushing and pushing with the sexual innuendo, despite Amy saying many times it makes her feel uncomfortable.

I’m now completely convinced Luke’s on the show for five minutes of fame, as he refuses to take any responsibility for how Amy feels, won’t apologise and won’t listen to the experts. His one-liners are funny, but at what cost?

4. Hannah

I think Hannah is a pretty big MAFS UK 2024 villain, but in an iconic way. Sorry everyone, but she’s a character and the show needed her. Yes there was the “cheating scandal” that she got all caught up in, but she didn’t exactly break up a marriage that was working, so what was the big deal? She was piled on by the other girls, who were never going to accept her simply because she was a late arrival to the show.

Hannah came in, caused drama, and stood strong when everyone hated on her. She was at the centre of pure school playground levels of nastiness, and yes she “went for” someone else’s husband. But he didn’t like his wife and his wife outright called him a cretin!!!!

3. Polly

Polly just loves getting all up in everyone’s business doesn’t she? Every drama, Polly is there. When she’s not fighting with Adam she’s rowing with the other brides and grooms, and she was at the forefront of the pile-on with Hannah. Despite her own marriage having clear issues, Polly seems hot on judging everyone else, all the time.

Does Polly make excellent TV? Yes. Am I sometimes wondering what on earth she’s thinking as she says things? Double yes.

2. Holly

For so long I stuck behind Holly, because I was sure Alex was awful and bringing out the worst in her. But it turns out, Holly’s just not being very nice to people either.

How she can simultaneously say “I’m not a confrontational person” as she yells “look what the cat dragged in” as someone enters a room, is beyond me. Holly always has something to say, never delivers her big lines the way she thinks she does, and is constantly making mean comments about other people. It’s not nice to watch!

1. Alex

Nobody could possibly top Alex as the biggest MAFS UK 2024 villain. And you know what? I think he revels in being the worst person on the show this year.

Not only did he have a whole bunch of allegations made about him before the show, he was also arrested before MAFS UK 2024 aired. Not a great start. Then, on the show he had countless rows with Holly, spoke to women like rubbish and was belittling and toxic. I think it’s best we all move on and not give Alex’s ego any more attention.
