All the couples from Too Hot To Handle on Netflix who are still together now

I’m going to come out and say it: Too Hot To Handle has a terrible success rate, and hardly any of the couples are still together now. I mean, I don’t really know what we expect when a bunch of people who have commitment issues are stuck on a retreat together.

Most of the couples don’t even make it to the end of the show, or by the time the reunion comes around have already announced they have broken up. Quite a few stars from the show have moved on and now are settling down with new people, but Lana has struggled to actually make any quality connections through the years.

Here’s a rundown of the (very few) couples who met on Too Hot To Handle and are still together now.

Emily and Cam are the poster couple for Too Hot To Handle. They met on season two of the show, and are still together now, having recently welcomed a baby together.

In 2022, two years after meeting on Too Hot To Handle, Emily and Cam were reported to have broken up.  At the time, the pair never really addressed what had happened, and there were multiple reports saying Cam had cheated on Emily. They were said to have broken up after Emily found Cam “in bed with another woman” after she returned from a trip in Thailand.

But, that was all just a blip because Em and Cam have since got back together and have said they’re happier than ever. They moved into their first home together, celebrated their three year anniversary in December 2023, then moved into another home and announced they were expecting their first child together.

Their baby was born in June 2024, two years after Emily suffered an ectopic pregnancy. They welcomed a little boy called Reggie Ruston Miller-Holmes. Lana would be so proud!

There is only one other couple from Too Hot To Handle who have gone the distance, and that’s Kayla and Seb. They found a connection during season four of Too Hot, and were runners up on the show together.

In the show’s reunion, everyone was shook to find out they had since split because distance was too difficult for them – Kayla is from LA whilst Seb is from Glasgow. But the breakup didn’t last very long and they have since got back together. They are still together in 2024.
