There was a major editing error on Love Island last night proving all the drama was staged

There was a huge editing error on Love Island 2024 last night, that proves the very little drama we have left was actually not at all what it seemed. Shock!

The biggest thing to happen last night was the new bombshells suddenly being told they have to steal an Islander, and Jessy wondering if Joey flirting with Lola was going to end up in her packing her bags. The moment was left on a cliffhanger, and was drawn out to be as dramatic as possible.

But when you clock the editing error in the episode, it’s clear the conversations were even more drawn out than we were made to believe. So, here’s where it all began.

Last night, new bombshell Harry pulled Jessy for a chat about her situation with Joey. She had previously been chatting about it all with Grace and Jess, who got up and left the firepit, so Harry and Jessy could chat there alone.

Meanwhile, some of the other Islanders gathered with Joey in front of the kitchen to chat with him about what had been happening. The camera then showed Sean and Reuben on the day beds, watching the two chats unfold.

Then, as the two conversations got a little more heated and we found out how Jessy felt and what Joey had been saying to new girl Lola, Sean got a text to tell the Islanders to gather around the firepit. But where was Sean? He’s already around the firepit, with Jessy, Harry and Matilda!

We’d just seen him on the other side of the villa? How did he teleport to the firepit so quickly without even getting up? Where did Matilda come from? The camera then showed Reuben deep in conversation with Grace, so when did this happen too?

What this proves is that the two main conversations probably weren’t happening simultaneously as we were made to believe, and there wasn’t suddenly the “gather around the firepit” text moment, as clearly a lot more time had passed than we saw.

Jessy and Harry were probably talking in a different time in the evening to when Joey and the other Islanders were, and there was a much bigger length of time before Sean got the text to ask the Islanders to move for the climatic steal moment.

It was all just to made to feel a lot more dramatic than what was actually happening in the villa. I don’t think the answer is that the Islanders have spent their time in the villa learning to time travel, unfortunately.
