Press release: 99 Problems to officially rebrand as The Tab

The rebrand will help us bring bigger and better entertainment coverage to our readers

We are excited to announce the official rebranding of “99 Problems” to “The Tab”.

99 Problems is a hugely popular Facebook page that delivers global pop culture and entertainment content to 9.7M followers. “99 Problems” has now officially become ‘The Tab”. The Tab is a hugely influential media brand for students and young people that also covers global pop culture and entertainment.

99 Problems started life on Facebook as “Student Problems”: a page that connected students worldwide through funny content. 99 Problems therefore shares its DNA and target audience with The Tab, which is also aimed at students. The rebrand means 99 Problems can continue to thrive and publish top-quality content for this core engaged audience under The Tab name.

Under The Tab name, the 99 Problems page will bring fans more film, TV, and celebrity updates plus more stories on the student community.

Grace Vielma, Editor-in-Chief of The Tab, said: “This is an amazing opportunity to bring the huge fanbase of 99 Problems under The Tab umbrella. In rebranding 99 Problems we will be able to deliver even sharper pop culture, entertainment, and student community coverage that readers will love.”
