Mugging on Howell Road
Bag snatched on the student-populated road.
Last night a mugging occurred outside the Londis cornershop on Howell Road.

According to the police, at approximately 8.20pm last night, a woman’s bag was taken by an unidentified individual while she was outside the shop on the heavily-student populated street.
The thief then fled the scene via Prison Lane, a narrow alleyway towards the City Centre that runs alongside the prison.
Police searching for evidence today.
As part of their investigations, police questioned local residents and have also searched a students front garden for evidence.
