Somebody get this Texas politician a medal: Proposing a law to fine men $100 for masturbating

‘It’s an act against an unborn child’

Earlier this year a GOP state representative Tony Tinderholt introduced the “Abolition Of Abortion In Texas Act”, in an attempt to make it a criminal offense to have an abortion in the state, regardless of whether a woman has conceived following rape or incest.

If successful, this means women who have an abortion could be charged with murder.

So it only seems right, that recently, Jessica Farrar, a Democrat and Texas politician, has created the “Man’s Right To Know Act”, which would fine men $100 for masturbating unless they are doing it in a sanctioned session at a hospital or clinic.

Her reason for doing this is to hi-light the discrepancies between how men and women are treated in regards to healthcare, particularly surrounding issued such as abortion and reproductive rights.

According to the legislation, “Emissions outside of a woman’s vagina, or created outside of a health or medical facility, will be charged a $100”, and “Masturbatory emissions created in health or medical facilities 24 will be stored for the purposes of conception for a current or 25 future wife.”

Her hope is that this act will take effect September 1, 2017, and people are absolutely loving it.

While we’re glad she’s done this, Ms Farrar told mysanantonio.com: “A lot of people find the bill funny.

“What’s not funny are the obstacles that Texas women face every day, that were placed there by legislatures making it very difficult for them to access healthcare.”

The fact that many men are not taking it seriously, means she’s likely aware it won’t get passed. But what’s scary is that there’s a good shot the “Abolition Of Abortion In Texas Act” will, because for some reason we only find placing restrictions healthcare absurd when it’s males.
