Nikocado Avocado weight loss

A full timeline of how Nikocado Avocado managed to fool us all with his secret weight loss

I’m genuinely still in shock

Famous Mukbanger YouTuber Nikocado Avocado, sent us all into an absolute state of shock this weekend after he revealed that he’d lost all of the weight he’s put on over the past eight years.

As if that wasn’t shocking enough he described how it was all designed to be a form of “social experiment”, and had filmed two years’ worth of Nikocado Avocado videos whilst he lost the weight to make his viewers think he was still overweight this whole time.

But there are a lot of dates and timelines going around, as well as some small bits of evidence that prove his videos really were pre-filmed. So, let’s go back all the way to the start and break down the full timeline of when Nikocado Avocado started his weight loss journey.

2018 – Nikocado Avocado posts his first Mukbang video

Following his prior announcement that he’d decided to stop being vegan, Nikocado posted his first Mukbang video and this is really where all the chaos started.

However, he makes it clear in the description that these Mukbang videos will only happen once per month and will be inspired by viewers’ recipes that they send to him to make and then try. He explained: “That’s why I’m really passionate about doing Mukbangs and showing how to make food that’s healthy but also fills you up and tastes good.”

2019 – He reveals he has experienced extreme weight gain and is now 350 pounds

Less than a year later, the YouTuber revealed that he’d been experiencing extreme weight gain and currently weighed over 350 pounds.

2022 – Whilst his videos seem current, Nikocado claims they were all pre-filmed and he started losing weight from this point onwards

It seems that around this point two years ago, all of his videos were actually recorded and not current at all. Whilst there were no hints in this video it’s quite insane to think that every video since this one wasn’t at all what he looked like.

February 5th 2024 – Hints his videos had been pre-filmed

Flash forward to February of this year and he was continuing to eat excessive amounts in his Mukbang videos, and his weight gain had increased to the point where he needed a breathing apparatus on him to help him get enough oxygen. However, a video posted on February 5th 2024 missed a crucial piece e of evidence we all missed that proves his videos weren’t all they seemed.

During the video he makes spicy cheese noodles using milk, but the expiry date on the carton actually says it expired on April 1st, 2023 meaning the video had been filmed 10 months prior to its release date.

The last video Nikocado Avocado posted before revealing his dramatic weight loss was this one from seven months ago. Presumably after two years of pre-recorded content, he had simply completely run out, and viewers just assumed he was taking a hiatus from his channel.

In order to keep up the ruse that he was still currently overweight, he wasn’t able to post any more Mukbang videos until his most recent reveal.

Friday, September 6th 2024 – He admits he’s lost all his weight and has always been ‘two steps ahead’

In his most recent YouTube video, he revealed his shocking secret weight loss progress. He claimed he weighed 359 pounds and has lost 250 pounds since he last filmed a video.

He revealed: “Two steps ahead, two steps ahead. I am always—two steps ahead. This has been the greatest social experiment of my entire life. It’s alluring, it’s compelling, and it’s gripping to observe all these unwell, disoriented beings roam the internet in search of stories. They evolve themselves with the stories, they become the products of influence.”

“I feel like I’m monitoring ants on an ant farm, one follows another. Today, I woke up from a very long dream and I also woke up from having lost 250 pounds off of my body. Yet, just yesterday, people were calling me fat and sick and boring and irrelevant, people, people are the most messed up creatures on the entire planet.

“People consuming anything that they’re told to consume… so, I am the villain because I’ve made myself one. And you will continue to consume these stories about me. Year after year, after year, for as long as I tell the internet that I am the villain. Stories that permeate and linger, and infect the minds of the ants. Influence the ants. Brainwash the ants. You are the ants.” If that’s not a villain monologue I don’t know what is.
