It’s been two years since they met, so what exactly are all the Love Is Blind UK couples doing now?!
We've got a lot of catching up to do
It’s been about two years since the Love Is Blind UK cast first walked into those neon-lit pods back in 2023, and honestly, our group chats still haven’t recovered.
The weddings have aired, the reunion drama has dropped, and the Instagram soft-launches have well and truly launched.
Some couples are picking baby names, some are planning second weddings, and others are very much back on the apps.
So, where did everyone actually end up once the cameras stopped rolling and the golden goblets were returned to props?!
Bobby and Jasmine
According to Tudum, Bobby and Jasmine are still very much together and living in their own place, with Jasmine’s mum basically an honorary housemate at this point.
In June, they revealed via a joint Instagram post, complete with Bobby rapping, that they were expecting their first baby later this year.
Then, in early December, they officially welcomed their bundle of joy! The two are now parents to a son!
They wrote on IG: “I’ve never known fear like I did that night… and I’ve never known love like what followed. Our son arrived on 06/12/2025 via emergency C-section.”
Bobby’s talking about releasing more music, Jasmine’s glowing and nesting, and the whole thing feels like a very wholesome full-circle moment after all that mum-in-law tension on the show.
Nicole and Benaiah

Yes, the Nicole, Sam, Benaiah triangle is firmly in the past!
Nicole eventually chose Benaiah, they made it down the aisle, and they’re still happily married now.
After a quiet year off-camera to actually be a normal couple, they’ve come out the other side stronger and largely unbothered by Sam’s lingering drama.
They’re focused on their marriage, talking about a second wedding so Benaiah’s family, including his ill grandad at the time, can celebrate properly.
Sabrina and Steven

They were the early fan-faves, but Sabrina and Steven’s fairy tale didn’t survive real life.
The pair married on the show, then split within the year and have been working through an annulment.
Both blame having to be long-distance, navigating the distance between London and Belfast, apparently
Plus, they reportedly had totally different communication styles once work, stress, and, you know, actual bills kicked in.
Sabrina has thrown herself into her career and now appears to be super into F1, while Steven is “saying yes to life” as well as running a gym.
Demi and Ollie

Demi said “no” at the altar, but it wasn’t the end of the story.
Off-camera, she and Ollie realised they worked better as friends and have kept a genuinely cute bestie vibe, still hyping each other up online.
Demi’s been using her platform to speak openly about endometriosis and body confidence, connecting with loads of women who saw themselves in her story.
Ollie, meanwhile, briefly dated fellow UK castmate Sharlotte and is now engaged to AD from Love Is Blind US season six. The two appeared on Perfect Match season three together.
In June, they announced they’re set to be parents, just like Bobby and Jasmine! In a joint post, AD and Ollie wrote: “We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the amount of love we’ve been receiving from you all!! We couldn’t be more excited for our little bundle of joy.”
Maria and Tom

Maria and Tom’s wedding-day clash over values proved too big to gloss over.
They didn’t stay together, and Maria now appears to be single.
She was open about feeling Tom wasn’t fully honest about how traditional he really was, but she’s also said she has zero regrets about doing the experiment.
Tom just announced in December 2025 that he’s in a relationship post-show.
In a sweet post, he showcased his new romance and wrote: “I guess this is what the insta crew call a hard launch.”
Catherine and Freddie

Catherine said yes, Freddie said no, and hearts across the UK collectively shattered with her on that aisle.
Post-show, they did quietly give the relationship another go, but ultimately decided they weren’t right for each other and are no longer together.
Freddie has talked about feeling overwhelmed and a bit suffocated by the pressure of the process, while Catherine has focused on moving on with her life away from the cameras.
They’ve both said there’s still love and friendship there, just not the forever kind.
Catherine appears to be loved up in a new relationship and shared her romance with Jake Singleton-Hill via IG this November.
