Nicole Martin was a Real Housewives of Miami cast member for seasons four, five, and six. Now, she’s back on the show here and there as a guest. But Nicole is making headlines outside of the Bravosphere due to her huge house sale. The RHOM star’s former abode was purchased by none other than UK pop legend Robbie Williams.
Nicole just sold her home for $40 million
Dr Nicole Martin just sold her house to Robbie Williams for a whopping $40 million.
“The 19,380-square-foot smart home currently has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two powder rooms,” according to Robb Report.
Throwing it back to 2022 and Nicole and her husband, Anthony Lopez, bought the home in the prestigious area for $21.5 million and then spent two years gut-renovating.
Now, “music superstar Robbie reportedly plans to relocate his family of six to Florida following the sale of his Beverly Hills mansion to Drake for $75 million.”
Robbie also has plans to make renovations of his own, per The New York Post, including “a 2,000-square-foot guest pavilion.”

As of 2023, Robbie and his family were “living a quiet life in Kensington, London,” per The Express.
But now, it appears the Williams’s are heading stateside. Not only are Robbie and his family moving to Miami, but his latest purchase has set the rumour mill going when it comes to his career.
People taking to Reddit are pretty much convinced that Robbie buying Nicole’s house means he could be about to land a spot on The Real Housewives of Miami with his wife, Ayda Field. Ayda hails from Los Angeles, and the two seemingly have a luxury lifestyle that would be fitting for the Bravo show.
One Reddit user wrote: “Robbie and his wife have been rumoured to be interviewed to join r/rhobh for years! Is this their way to get on Miami? I feel like we need new characters!”
Another piped up: “Reminds me of Jessel moving to NY to film housewives. I bet it happens a lot…will be interesting to see if Robbie/his wife pop up on our Bravo screens!”
