America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders is officially back, bringing with it a story about Chandi having drama in the Bahamas. She was involved in beef with Reece and a rookie on the team, apparently, and we can spill what happened.
Chandi was involved in DCC drama in the Bahamas
Chandi was involved in a lot of drama during the DCC trip to the Bahamas. The unconfirmed rumour is that Chandi brought a random guy back to the room that she shared with Reece and rumour has it that they got together, which led to her getting demoted from DCC.
She reportedly got demoted due to breaking the fraternising policy, as well as an alleged incident in the Bahamas involving her taking a guest back to her room. Bosses allegedly thought about cutting her but decided it was too late in the season to redo all of the formations.
The cheerleader has now exclusively told Reality Shrine: “There have been many misconceptions surrounding what happened in the Bahamas. However, those who were present know the truth, and as such, I don’t feel it’s necessary to comment further at this time.”
Chandi explained that she was going through a hard time personally due to a breakup, as well as the pressure of being team leader), and met someone she could confide in. “I broke a DCC rule and had time with my friend,” she revealed on the show.
“And it was the first time I feel like I mental dumped everything, and everything that was happening, and everything I’ve gone through, and everything that was making me feel and think certain things. It helped me in the moment,” she added.
“I get it, it was probably the wrong place and time to do that. But selfishly, I had to do it for me. Because I feel like I was just, I was losing it,” Chandi continued. She added of rumors that they slept together, “No, everyone will think it happened, but I’m respectful of everything.”
Chandi got demoted from GL1, while KD became GL1 and Kleine GL2. Things got messy, where shade was thrown at Chandi, including from Will, Reece’s husband. Then, KD and her mom made a TikTok where KD’s mom joked about not knowing who Chandi was.
Other speculation says that the video led to KD being called into Kelly´s office, where she was suspended and then was fired, or she quit. KD was then not at the end of the year banquet; and when the banquet was underway, posted a “God has other plans” retirement post.

KD made a TikTok video saying she can’t wait to share about “what really went down” in the Bahamas but has an NDA she can’t speak against right now. Since then, Chandi has unfollowed KD’s mother, while KD and Kleine made cryptic posts after Chandi was demoted.
Then, KD’s husband made a video about KD leading her group out, saying that “this was all hers and it was long time coming”. At the same time, a rumor went round that KD and Kleine were openly gloating about it and causing drama about it in the DCC locker room.
