Jack Innanen has been dating content creator Lauren Cantrell for several years. They appear to have been together since at least 2024. Jack first publicly soft-launched the relationship around October that year, and they went on to appear together at various events.

Lauren is also a content creator, known for her comedy sketches, impressions, travel videos and running content. She has built a large following online and has also made plenty of content featuring Jack.

When Adults premiered in 2025, Jack was pretty open about how much he liked her. During a May 2025 talk with Interview, he was asked whether he currently had a crush. He said, “I got a crush on my lovely girlfriend, tbh.”

He then joked about checking her location on Find My Friends, saying, “I just pull up her location and watch it for a few hours. Like flight radar but for her. She’s the goat though, my forever crush. Gotta stop calling her the goat probably, eh. Grown man.”

As per Betches, Lauren also poked fun at Jack becoming the subject of loads of Paul Baker edits. She posted a TikTok showing herself grabbing Jack by the neck, captioning it, “Watching edits of my BF on my FYP like”.

In an October 2025 interview with Paper, he mentioned his girlfriend several times. While discussing Minecraft, he recalled, “My girlfriend was like, ‘Can we play together? Can I sit and watch you play?’”

Innanen then said that “she’s trying to collect cherry blossom trees and I’m trying to industrialise some farms.”

He also spoke about watching French-language TV with her because she had been learning French, saying, “My girlfriend’s been learning French, so we’re watching that as a little French practice here and there.”

Now, in April 2026, Jack and Lauren were photographed together at the Big Mistakes premiere. Around the same time, Jack also referred to his girlfriend during an interview with i-D. When asked about how he likes to spend his time, he said he enjoys “spending time with friends, my girlfriend, and loved ones.”

People have recently started wondering whether Jack and Lauren are still together because they seemingly stopped posting about each other as often. According to Cosmopolitan, the change in their social media activity led some people to suspect that the couple may have split.

There was also some discussion on Reddit about the possibility of a breakup. One user claimed that Lauren had posted a TikTok set to Olivia Rodrigo’s “expectations”. Some people interpreted that as a possible hint that she was going through a breakup. But that TikTok was reportedly deleted.

So, at the moment, there is no confirmed evidence that Jack Innanen and Lauren Cantrell have broken up. All the public evidence actually points in the other direction.
