The police were called to Molly and Tom’s wedding and gave Love Islander strict warning

He got a big ‘telling off’

It’s been revealed that the police were called to Love Island’s Molly Smith and Tom Clare’s wedding in Majorca over the weekend, and it was all thanks to best man Casey O’Gorman.

The pair, who met on Love Island All Stars, said “I do” in a gorgeous clifftop ceremony overlooking the sea at Son Marroig. The traditional Mallorcan mansion used to belong to a famous Spanish archduke, Archduke Luis Salvado.

After the wedding day, Molly, Tom and their guests had a post-wedding celebration at the Suculenta Port de Sóller restaurant, which is right on the harbour, and Casey decided to jump into the port water, which is strictly not allowed.

The Spanish police, the Guardia Civil, were called to the restaurant, and photos posted on Islander Mitchell Taylor’s Snapchat show officers giving Casey and Tom’s other close friend, racing driver Seb Melrose, a big telling off.

“Molly and Tom’s guests were having a great time, people were downing beer and Casey was keeping everyone in the party mood,” a source told The Sun

“At one point Casey decided to jump into the port next to the restaurant, which is forbidden. The police arrived to give him a telling off and told him where he was allowed to swim.”

It comes after Casey almost didn’t make it to his best friend’s wedding at all after the airline overbooked the flight.

Speaking on his Instagram stories, the Love Islander explained that he checked in at the airport and was told that the flight was sold out, so he had to wait and hope someone else didn’t turn up for their flight.

“How can I buy a flight that’s sold out? I’m trying to keep calm but it’s proving very difficult,” he angrily said. “How can you oversell a flight? It baffles me.”

He later revealed that EasyJet asked passengers to get off the flight in exchange for £300 compensation, and a teacher called Harri kindly gave up her seat for him.
