MAFS Australia’s Tyson complains about how his honeymoon with Stephanie was edited

Tyson might be the most divisive participant on MAFS Australia 2026… and that’s really saying something. Tyson is now complaining about how he came across in the episode of MAFS which showed his honeymoon with Stephanie. Of course he is.

Tyson told the Daily Mail Australia: “The honeymoon episode was rough. I watched it and thought, wow… I came across very arrogant. I didn’t like the way I portrayed myself at all.”

“We actually filmed the walkout scene three separate times,” he continued, “that argument we actually had, we filmed three separate times. The first one was no good, the second argument was better, and the third time, finally, we got the scene, and I walk out.”

Apparently, Tyson and Stephanie got along much better in the period following their wedding than we saw on MAFS. “We actually had some good times. We went horse riding, went to the beach, had dinners together. But they didn’t show any of that.”

Tyson also had grievances about the producers and Stephanie asking him questions. “I’m not really happy with the way I was represented on the show. Quite frankly, Steph’s a nice person. I didn’t like how she tried to bait me for certain questions. Same with the producers, ’cause they did try to bait me to say certain things.”

Here’s an idea. Perhaps another time, if Tyson doesn’t want to answer a particular question, he could try… not answering the question?

Tyson also had a strong message for MAFS viewers who watch his honeymoon and think he is an “arrogant” person. “This is what people really need to realise: It’s a TV show. It’s meant to create drama. We’re meant to get the views. And certain things I say, like, ‘my body’s a Ferrari’ – it’s a joke.”
