After a year of dating, Cardi B had a baby boy with her boyfriend, American football player Stefon Diggs. She announced it on her Instagram last week.

“Starting over is never easy, but it’s been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world!” the rapper said.

“A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else, so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.”

After the announcement, lots of viral tweets and major news outlets reported that Offset had posted “My kid lol” to his Instagram Story before quickly deleting it. Cardi and Offset had an on-and-off relationship from 2017 to 2024, before Cardi officially called it quits last August by filing for divorce. The exes have two children together.

Offset denies that this screenshot is real. A spokesperson for the rapper told TMZ: “Any statements attributed to Offset circulating on social media are completely fabricated. Cardi responded to misinformation, and the situation escalated unnecessarily. Offset has remained supportive of Cardi and genuinely wishes her nothing but the best.”

Before Offset could publicly deny that these screenshots were real, Cardi had already reacted in a string of now-deleted tweets.

“Y’all be thinking it’s so funny, and it’s not. It’s been over a year, and I’m still being harassed and threatened to the point that I feel like my life is in danger. It’s all fun and games until it’s too late,” she claimed.

“Mf’ers do anything for attention, and it could get real nasty with just one upload… LEAVE ME TF ALONE.”

Offset has deleted his Instagram since the whole drama went down.
