Here’s exactly why HSTikkyTokky has been arrested, and what charges he is facing
It’s all a bit confusing
HSTikkyTokky has been arrested in the UK, nearly a year after going on the run from police over alleged driving offences. The 24-year-old influencer, whose real name is Harrison Sullivan, was detained on Friday after failing to appear at court in November last year. He is facing several charges, including failing to stop after crashing his £230,000 McLaren.
A Surrey Police spokesperson confirmed: “A 24-year-old man from Hutton, Essex was arrested on Friday, 10 October for failing to appear at court for dangerous driving. He appeared at Guildford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 11th October and has been remanded ahead of a further court appearance at Staines Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 14th October.”

Harrison Sullivan, better known online as HSTikkyTokky, shot to fame for his fitness content and over-the-top personality. But he’s also gained attention for controversial comments, including derogatory remarks about women and saying he’d “disown his son” if he were gay, something he later defended by saying he “has a gay mate”.
He’s also been at the centre of the latest wave of AI-generated deepfake TikToks, with clips showing him in makeup tutorials and pretending to be gay. Sullivan recently hit back at the videos on livestream, calling them “defamation” and threatening legal action.
What charges is he facing?
The charges against Sullivan are failing to stop after a crash, using a mobile phone while driving, driving without valid third-party insurance, and dangerous driving.
The alleged incident involved his McLaren 720S, which reportedly crashed in Virginia Water, Surrey, leaving his friend and fellow influencer General G injured. Photos from the time showed the purple supercar completely destroyed.

He claimed to be in Essex: “I’m currently residing in Brentwood, Essex. Postcode CM150TR. Not sure why you’re looking for me though I’ve never driven a car in my life so cannot be wanted for such a heinous crime as this!?”
He even shared a mugshot of himself on X, writing: “I’ll turn myself in tomorrow morning hold tight yeh.”
Hours later, though, he was seen ranting in a Dubai shopping centre, surrounded by signs for Jumeirah Golf Estates and Essence Healing Spa. In the video, he complained about the police and claimed he was being unfairly targeted, saying: “Go after people who deserve to be put in prison for the rest of their life… not me. Why are the borders open for anyone to come in and ruin the UK? To ruin what it’s really about? The police, serve the country properly.”

While wanted by police, Sullivan regularly bragged online about earning £20 million a year from trading, claiming to own two private jets and a property in Dubai.
Now, after months of running away from authorities abroad, he’s finally back in UK custody with a court appearance set for this week.
