MAFS Australia 2025’s five biggest fails prove this season was a major flop
It was a disaster!
MAFS Australia 2025 was literally a disaster. Only one couple who were matched by the experts are still together this year, Rhi and Jeff. However, they knew each other before the experiment, so technically, there wasn’t even one MAFS pairing that truly made it. The whole season was one big fat flop, and these five fails prove it.
5. Lauren and Eliot

In fifth place, we have Lauren and Eliot, who were one massive fail from the off. Whoever decided to put these two together seriously needs to be sacked. They couldn’t be more opposite if they tried, and it painted out Eliot in a super bad light. His redemption arc was great though, and we kinda ship him and Jamie.
4. Ashleigh and Jake

Next up is Ashleigh and Jake. What even was the point of them being in this season? They didn’t bring anything at all. No drama, no entertainment, not even a few laughs. I almost forgot they even existed to be honest.
3. Beth and Teejay

The third biggest fail was Beth and Teejay, who were the worst intruder bride and groom you actually could have got. They are supposed to come in and stir the pot halfway through the season, but they brought nothing to the table.
2. Tim… just Tim

Second place has to go to Tim. Just Tim. Katie was one of the best brides this season who deserved so much better than her match, who was a walking red flag from the moment they met. Justice for Katie!
1. Jacqui and Ryan

And the biggest fail this year is obviously Jacqui and Ryan. Okay, they did provide a lot of entertainment, but pairing these two was a total disaster. The constant childish behaviour, ups and downs and fake crying were too much. I’m glad to have them off my screen.
