Cast your vote: Here’s your second round of Sheffield BNOC contenders

Who will it be?

It’s time for your second round of BNOC nominees.

After voting for our first competitors here, read below about our other possible BNOCs.

Fill in the form at the bottom of this article before Sunday 11th May at 23:59 to cast your vote.

Adam Drummond: Master’s, advanced computer science

Known for being constantly non-stop, Adam’s study ethic and his consistent ROAR Wednesday appearances make him a strong contender in the competition.

Extra points for famously running around Barcelona Airport with a giant banana.

Jonny Welfare: Second year, zoology

A retired fresher, second year Jonny now prefers a good Spoons to a West Street crawl.

He’s not sure why he deserves to be a BNOC, but his “inspirational, bald and neanderthalic” attitude could take him all the way to the top.

Liv Brock: Third year, landscape and architecture

Energetic Liv spends her time chasing hockey and cricket balls, locking in at the Arts Tower and unwinding with a good old fashioned West Street Liv into Pop Tarts.

As someone who tries to take in all aspects of uni life and make a positive impact, does she deserve your vote?

JJ: First year, international business

“Bodacious yet charming” JJ lives for a Leadmill Friday but finds himself fumbling the odd time.

Could he be Sheffield’s BNOC at the young age of a fresher?

Charlie Potts: First year, aerospace engineering

As the “engineering final boss”, often showing up to lectures in a suit with a rocket in hand, Charlie is an elusive choice for the BNOC comp.

He loves talking to people but has a tone of random unrelated skills and lore that people want to uncover.

Sophie Layton: Master’s, international public and political communication

A Forge Press icon, Sophie is famous for popping up over campus everywhere.

She’s not afraid to make her feelings known on important uni issues, but is always up to have a laugh and a cheeky Bierkeller trip.

Voting for the first round of BNOC contestants is open until Sunday 11th May at 23:59. You can vote via the Google Form below.

The top two contenders will go through to our semi finals again Round 1’s top candidates.
