Jake’s vile texts about Ashleigh after MAFS Australia have leaked and I feel sick

Er, so apparently text messages from Jake Luik about his MAFS Australia bride Ashleigh Ackerman have leaked. Warning: They’re not very nice.

Jake dramatically quit the experiment in the middle of intimacy week, even though his bride Ashleigh wanted to stay and work on their relationship. He is now claiming that the show was edited to make his behaviour look worse than it was. Apparently the producers cut out how Ashleigh kept wanting to talk about future plans, and how Jake was struggling with a painful ear infection during filming.

MAFS viewers were deeply unimpressed with Jake’s controversial comments about the other brides’ appearances on the show. It looks like he had more to say about his own bride Ashleigh after he quite MAFS.

Megan Pestutto claims someone sent her these texts. She read them out on her So Dramatic! podcast. Apparently the messages are from a group chat consisting of Jake and his friends. The messages are supposedly from after Jake had finished filming MAFS, but before the show started airing in Australia. The texts discuss Jake and Ashleigh’s time on MAFS.

The source who sent in these messages said: “Just thought this might bring more clarity in case anyone still thought Jake was a quirky, goofy guy.”

One of Jake’s friends asked him about his experience on MAFS Australia. Jake allegedly wrote back: “That sh*t took years off my life, I hated every second of it.”

The friend asked which of the MAFS contestants Jake “had to put up with”. Jake apparently responded: “The fat f*ck”.

Jake’s friend wrote: “That doesn’t narrow it down.”

Once Jake clarified that his MAFS bride was Ashleigh, the friend said: “Oh yeah, the real fat f*ck. You got given a dud.”

Jake has been contacted for comment.
