Donald Trump to declassify contents of secret files which have remained hidden for 60 years
It’s going to be a big reveal
Donald Trump is set to declassify the contents of the JFK and Martin Luther King assassination files to the public, with a plan in place for the classified documents to go public within 15 days, according to the BBC.
Donald Trump previously promised he would release the classified files about JFK and Martin Luther King during an appearance on The Joe Rogan podcast whilst on his campaign trail, and has now signed an executive order.
The order reads: “More than 50 years after the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the Federal Government has not released to the public all of its records related to those events.
“Their families and the American people deserve transparency and truth. It is in the national interest to finally release all records related to these assassinations without delay.”
Whilst signing the order for the JFK and Martin Luther King classified files to be released, Donald Trump noted: “That’s a big one, huh? A lot of people have been waiting for this for a long — for years, for decades. And everything will be revealed.”
JFK’s grandson Jack Schlossberg has spoken out about Donald’s decision to release the documents, claiming the president was using JFK as a “political prop” in a social media post.
JFK conspiracy theories —
The truth is alot sadder than the myth — a tragedy that didn’t need to happen. Not part of an inevitable grand scheme.
Declassification is using JFK as a political prop, when he’s not here to punch back.
There’s nothing heroic about it.

Whilst Donald has signed the order there is no guarantee the files will be released to the public.
