Selena Gomez reveals which huge Disney Channel star was her very first kiss
Watching the scene back, you can see how nervous they were
Selena Gomez has revealed that her very first kiss was with a fellow Disney Channel star at the age of twelve, two full years before she had her first kiss with a dude named Juan in the real world.
We have followed Selena Gomez’s rise to fame for literally decades as many of us grew to love her on shows such as Wizards of Waverly Place and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Of course, she is now engaged to Benny Blanco for a wedding that may – or may not be – sponsored by Taco Bell.
If we rewound time to 2002 – when Selena was 12 years old – she had her first kiss on the set of a Disney Channel show. Here’s who it was.
Selena Gomez was ‘so scared’ for her first kiss
Sitting down with W magazine, where she dished on everything from her Golden Globe nominations to upcoming nuptials, Selena revealed that her first kiss was on the set of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.
“My first kiss was on TV. I was 11 or 12 years old, and I guest-starred on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, which starred Dylan and Cole Sprouse,” she said. But which one of the brothers was the first kiss? Dylan, of course. “It was with Dylan, and it was really funny because both of us were so young. We were figuring out how to kiss. I had never done it, and I was so scared.”
“My real-life one would probably be with a boy named Juan, and I was 14,” she said.
